After Your Application
Thank you for applying to CAEA (Cebu American English Academy).
This page will guide you through everything you need to do after your application and before your arrival in Cebu. We recommend bookmarking this page so you can easily refer to it whenever needed.
Required Before Your Arrival
Please complete the following online forms at least two weeks before your arrival:
SSP (Special Study Permit) Information Form
If you apply less than two weeks before your arrival, please submit your Airport Pickup Request as soon as you have booked your flight. The remaining forms should also be completed as soon as possible.

Airport Pickup
If you request our airport pickup service through the Airport Pickup Request Form above, our driver will meet you at the designated meeting point, which will be provided in advance.
The pickup fee is shown below. Payment will be collected together with your other local fees after the orientation, so there is no need to prepare payment before your arrival.

Hotel Check-in
After arriving at Hotel ASIA, please check in at the front desk and collect your Student Information Guide. It contains important information about your stay, so please read it before your orientation.
If you have added a Dinner Plan, you may begin using it from the evening of your selected start date. Likewise, your Lunch Plan will be available from the start date you selected during your application.
The meal plan covers menu items priced up to PHP 360 per meal or items marked with an asterisk (*). If you choose a different menu item, you will only need to pay the price difference.
You are free to relax and enjoy your time until the orientation.
