Air Port Pick Up
For your convenience, CAEA offers an airport pickup service.
The pickup fee varies depending on your flight’s arrival time, as shown below:

The actual cost in USD may vary depending on the exchange rate.
The airport pickup fee will be collected at the hotel front desk together with your other local fees after your orientation on your first day. There is no need to pay the pickup fee in advance.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your airport pickup, please notify us via the Contact Form by 5:00 PM (Japan Standard Time), one business day before your scheduled flight.
For example:
- Saturday or Sunday flight: Please notify us by 5:00 PM on Friday (JST).
- Wednesday flight: Please notify us by 5:00 PM on Tuesday (JST).
Cancellations made after the deadline will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee. This policy does not apply if your flight is canceled by the airline due to circumstances beyond your control.
