1 Information Confirmation & Consultation
If you have any questions, things you would like to confirm in advance, or if you would like an estimate regarding studying at CAEA, please feel free to contact us via the inquiry form.
You will receive a response from our Japanese staff within 3 business days.
2 Application for Enrollment
Once you have decided to enroll at CAEA, please submit your application through the application page.
As a general rule, our school operates with Sunday check-in and Saturday check-out, but we also accept enrollments on other days of the week.
When applying, please make sure to read both the Application Terms and the School Rules.
Once your application is complete, you will receive an email from our Japanese staff with instructions regarding the next steps in the process.
Since the hotel’s check-out time is 12:00 PM and check-in time is after 2:00 PM, check-ins before that time are usually counted as a check-in on the previous day.
For students, check-ins before 12:00 noon will be considered as a "previous day check-in," while check-ins after 12:00 noon will be considered as a "same-day check-in."

3 Payment of Study Abroad Fees
Once you receive the guidance email regarding the procedure from CAEA, please make a payment of 30,000 yen or the full amount of the study abroad fee per applicant within 3 banking business days from the following day.
Please note that the bank transfer fee shall be borne by the student.
カエアでは、当校既定のトレーニング期間が修了していない講師を生徒の前に立たせることは決して致しません。完全マンツーマン指導ですので、留学生の人数イコール講師の人数と想定して頂いて構いませんが、お申込みなさったすべての留学生の受け入れができるよう常にプラスアルファの人数の講師をトレーニング行っております。 ただし、教え方の上手な質の高い講師は一朝一夕には育てることはできません。留学生に満足頂ける講師が足りない場合、留学希望者を安易に受け入れることは致しませんので、入学を断らざるを得ない状況となります。そのような意味で留学生の皆様の受け入れを確実にするために、お早めにお申し込みいただきますようお願いいたします。
お申し込み時に入学までの日にちが30日を切っている場合で当校の受け入れに問題がない場合には、銀行の３営業日以内の規定にかかわらず、早急に全額のお振込をお願いいたします。
金融機関発行の振込証明書をもって領収書に代えさせていただきます。
お振込になりましたら入金確認を行いますので、必ずメールにてご一報をお願いします。

4 Arranging of Flight Tickets
Please purchase the airline ticket individually.
When entering the Philippines, you mustpurchase a return ticketfor your departure.
If your return date is confirmed, you can purchase a ticket for a few months later.
If the return date is not clear,you are required to present a ticket to a third country outside of the Philippines.
Please purchase a ticket for a date within 30 days of your entry to the Philippines.
For example, a ticket to Kota Kinabalu, Malaysia, can be purchased for under 10,000 yen, and if you cancel it after entering the Philippines, the amount may be refunded by the travel agency.
For the return, you can either purchase a one-way ticket or an "open ticket" with no specified date.
5 Purchase of Travel Insurance
CAEA recommends that all international students purchase overseas travel insurance before traveling. Booking online often provides cost-effective options. If you are using a credit card's complimentary travel insurance (which is included for free with certain cards), please check the coverage details with your credit card company to ensure it meets your needs. If you choose to use the free travel insurance offered by your credit card, be sure to select a card that supports cashless transactions through the Japanese Help Desk.
If Tokyo Marine & Nichido is the insurance provider, cashless transactions are not available. You will need to pay the full amount upfront and claim reimbursement after returning to Japan.
6 Preparation & Packing
Once your flight ticket arrangements are complete, please complete the following steps from the page below: "Pre-level Check Test" "Airport Pickup Request" "SSP Application" Please make sure to complete these by two weeks before your admission date.

*Passport
*Airline ticket
*Copies of passport and airline ticket
(Always prepare a few copies in case of loss. Store them in separate places to be prepared for any unfortunate event. These copies can also serve as proof in case of loss.)
*One color passport-sized photo (5cm x 5cm size, white background, no glasses)
If you require a VISA extension, please bring 2 photos. Photos can be taken locally (for a fee). However, those staying for a week do not require a photo.
※ This photo will be used for various applications with the immigration office, so different background colors or sizes will not be accepted.
*Long-sleeve clothing (It can sometimes be too cold with air conditioning, so having long-sleeve clothes can be useful.)
*Dictionary
*International cash card
*Travel insurance card
*Daily necessities, etc.
Most daily necessities can be purchased locally, but they may differ from what you are used to in Japan. If you have preferences for specific items, it might be better to buy them in Japan before you leave.

フォニックス<発音>トレーニングBOOK

この本は日本で販売している教科書ですので、ご自身で留学前に購入してお持ちください。大規模書店やAmazon、楽天などの通販サイトで購入可能です。発音の基礎はすでに習得済みと自己判定できる場合は、発音矯正基礎クラスを受講していただく必要はありませんので、この教科書を購入する必要はありません。
7 Departure
Please arrive at the airport at least two hours before your departure time.
In case of any changes to your flight time or emergencies, please send an email and contact us by phone at the number below.
8 Arrival in Cebu Island
The staff at Hotel Asia, where you will be staying, will provide 24-hour pickup service to Cebu Mactan International Airport. A pickup guide will be sent to students in advance.
Regarding the airport pickup fee
The payment will be made in pesos at the hotel front desk at a later date. (Advance reservation is required. Please notify us of your arrival time once your flight is confirmed.)
